Everything you see on the site is hand made by me.  Please allow for slight variations in color and size and small imperfections, as no two pieces I produce will be exactly alike.  Each item is a unique object that may vary slightly from the photograph.  I do my very best to provide you with the best, gallery quality work.

Please let me know if you are purchasing an item as a gift and I will include a personalized card for the recipient.

Payment

Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS OR UPS, usually within 1-3 business days of purchase, as long as the item is in stock.  The large wall tiles are made to order, but everything else is on hand and ready to ship.  (Please note:  large wall tiles are currently available by special order only)  You will be notified upon purchase of the exact shipping date and will be notified again when the item(s) ship.  If a package fails to reach you in a timely manner, I keep the tracking numbers on file and you are welcome to contact me for all relevant shipping information.

Most International orders will ship International Priority via USPS. You must contact me for most international shipping prices at this time.  Please note, only US shipping is included in the price and the price will be higher, based on international shipping rates.  Buyer is responsible for duties, fees, or taxes incurred upon receipt.

Refunds & Exchanges

If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, I will gladly exchange it for a replacement for a similar item of equal value.  Please notify me within 3 business days of receipt, if you receive a damaged item and then ship it back to the studio.

I do my best to accurately depict and describe the items in my shop and I ask that you keep in mind that all items are made by hand and by nature have imperfections and variations.  If you are unhappy with the items that you receive, please contact me and we will work together to resolve the issue.  I want you to have a pleasant experience!

In the event of a return or exchange, shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
